Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. McMinnville Residents Directory is privately operated. We cannot retrieve records, certify copies, verify a person's address, or change a government index. Send those requests to the office that maintains the record. For emergencies, call 911. If someone is stalking or harassing you, contact local law enforcement.
