Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the provider that delivers those results; McMinnville Residents Directory does not keep a copy of those search terms on its own servers. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Information Collected During Visits
Hosting providers maintain routine server logs, such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate activity to maintain the service and understand which references are used. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Visit Information Is Used
Visit information helps operate the service, correct technical problems, measure aggregate traffic, and improve the reference material. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links may lead to county or state portals, archive and library collections, and third-party search services. Their own privacy terms govern information submitted after leaving this service. The same distinction applies to sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Providers that host or support the service may process the server-log information described above. Analytics or advertising partners may receive automatic visit data. We disclose information when valid legal process requires disclosure and otherwise do not release it.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Because no accounts are offered, the service does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18; contact us if you believe a minor has sent information so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where a visitor lives, laws may provide rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a service. Oregon's data-broker registration framework, including ORS 646A.593, concerns registered brokers' published opt-out methods; it does not remove an independent government record. Because this service keeps very little, a request normally involves the contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page. Records held by Oregon, Yamhill County, or McMinnville remain under the original custodian's procedure.
